Join us on University Mental Health Day to raise awareness, slow down, and reconnect with your wellbeing on the Zen Project Mobile Sanctuary. Step aboard the Zen Project Bus and take part in calming, restorative workshops designed to support your mental, emotional, and physical health. π§π½ββοΈ
Event information:
FREE & Open to all UAL students!
π Date: March 12
π β° Location & time: The bus will head to Chelsea College of Arts between 1pm - 4pm and Archwood House between 5pm - 8pm.
Booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your place in one of the workshops, as capacity is limited. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows, but securing a time slot ensures you wonβt miss out!

1:30 β 1:50pm: Clear Your Mind Meditation
2:00 β 2:20pm: Sound Bath to Restore
2:30 β 2:50pm: Breath work for Calm
3:00 β 3:20pm: Total Chill
3:30 β 3:50pm: Sound Bath for Total Relaxation
5:00 β 5:20pm: Boosting Breath work
5:30 β 5:50pm: Mindfulness To Gain Clarity
6:00 β 6:20pm: Sound Bath to Restore
6:30 β 6:50pm: Anxiety Easing Breath work
7:00 β 7:20pm: Total Chill
7:30 β 7:50pm: Sound Bath To Relax

What is The Zen Project?
The Zen Project is run by Corinne and Kaye to bring zen and calm to people's lives. Their Zen Bus is a mobile wellbeing station offering guided micro Zen Sessions to workplaces, pop-up community spaces and schools.
