Join us on University Mental Health Day to raise awareness, slow down, and reconnect with your wellbeing on the Zen Project Mobile Sanctuary. Step aboard the Zen Project Bus and take part in calming, restorative workshops designed to support your mental, emotional, and physical health. 🧘🏽♀️
The Zen Project helps people cultivate a more peaceful, happier, and healthier life through mindfulness, relaxation, and self-care practices. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or simply curious about improving your wellbeing, this is a safe and welcoming space for everyone. ✨

Throughout the day, we’ll be running a series of short, guided sessions to help you reset, recharge, and refocus:
- 1:00 – 1:20pm: Breath work for Focus
- 1:30 – 1:50pm: Clear Your Mind Meditation
- 2:00 – 2:20pm: Sound Bath to Restore
- 2:30 – 2:50pm: Breath work for Calm
- 3:00 – 3:20pm: Total Chill
- 3:30 – 3:50pm: Sound Bath for Total Relaxation
Booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your place in one of the workshops, as capacity is limited. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows, but securing a time slot ensures you won’t miss out.
