To celebrate Lunar New Year, we have a very special guest visiting our Central Saint Martin's canteen – award winning chef and cookbook author Thuy is back.
For one day only, treat yourself to authentic Vietnamese noodles cooked by Chef Thuy herself at our exclusive, premium pop-up.
🗓️ Tuesday 24 February 2026
📍King's Cross Canteen, Central Saint Martins from 12pm
Who is Chef Thuy?
Thuy Diet Pham, now a renowned chef, was born in Vietnam before moving to the UK, where her love for Vietnamese cuisine inspired the opening of multi-award winning restaurant The Little Viet Kitchen in Islington, London.
Since then, she has produced multiple best-selling books, including: The Little Viet Kitchen, Vietnamese Made Easy and One Pan Vietnam.
What's on the menu?
- Lemongrass Chicken Vietnamese Noodles
- Marinated Tofu Vietnamese Noodles
These dishes are a true reflection of the Vietnamese food Chef Thuy knows and loves, so are a fantastic way to get to know more about her tastes and Vietnamese culture. Perfectly balanced, full of fresh veggies and plenty of protein.
The dishes will be first come, first served. As they sold out last year, we recommend heading to the canteen as early as you can to enjoy one of these meals before they're gone.
Win a signed cook book!
As part of this special pop-up, we'll be giving away three signed copies of Chef Thuy's cookbook on the day!
All you have to do to enter is:
🍜 Treat yourself to one of Chef Thuy's dishes on the day.
📸 Take a photo or video of the counter, the meal, or enjoying it with your friends – show off your creativity.
👉 Then tag or DM @ualcatering on Instagram.
Don't miss this opportunity to take home a piece of the experience and try your hand at cooking some of her authentic Vietnamese dishes yourself.
