Attention UAL students! Are you still looking for accommodation for the 2025/26 academic year?
For a limited time, we have a special offer for those looking to book a room in one of our UAL managed halls of residences.
Until Saturday 31 January, the UAL Accommodation team are offering £500 off the yearly rent* for the first 15 students who book a room in one of our participating halls.
If you’re in need of a place to stay, don’t hesitate to book your room and make the most of this offer.
*Subject to terms and conditions and it will only be available in select UAL halls.
📌 Special Offer Terms and Conditions 📌
- This offer is applicable to full-time UAL students enrolled on a Further Education (FE), Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) course for 2025/26 only. UAL Study Abroad, Incoming Exchange, Pre-sessional students and Short Stays room bookings are not eligible for this offer.
- You must book the room through the UAL accommodation portal.
- You must book the room until the end of the room’s tenancy – 20 June 2026 for 41 week (selected rooms at Sketch contracts only), or 22 August 2026.
- Once you have booked your room, you must then email the UAL Accommodation team at accommodation@arts.ac.uk with your UAL student ID number, stating you have booked the room and telling us you would like to claim the £500 off your rent offer.
- You must arrive within 3 weeks of completing your booking.
- Your tenancy must run until the contract end date.
- The offer cannot be transferred to another student if you decide to leave before the contract end date.
- The £500 off your rent will be deducted from your last rent instalment in April.
- Offer ends on Saturday 31 January at 23:59pm.
- Offer available at UAL managed halls only (list of UAL halls below)
- This offer will apply for the first 15 students who fully complete their booking and check in.

- You will need to book the room through our online accommodation portal. Login Portal
- You must book a room for the full academic year i.e. until June/August 2026

Once you have booked, you will need to email accommodation@arts.ac.uk to claim the offer and must include your student ID number in the email.
This offer will only apply to the following halls, please see full list below. Please note availability at each hall may vary.
All available rooms will be shown on the accommodation portal at the time of booking, or you may be sent an offer by email for a hall with availability.

This offer ends on Saturday 31 January 2026.
To be eligible, rooms must be booked until the end of the tenancy (20 June 2026 (41 weeks: Sketch House only) or 22 August 2026).
The £500 off your rent will be deducted from the Summer term instalment.

No, this offer will only apply to students who book their accommodation from Tuesday 20 January until Saturday 31 January 2026 and is subject to availability.
If you leave your tenancy early, the £500 off your rent will be added back onto your account by our finance team therefore you will not receive the discount.
No, this offer is non-transferable.
The offer will only be applicable to the original room/hall you book and will not be transferrable.
We may offer you a specific start date or you may be able to select your arrival date up to 3 weeks in advance.
