The Costume Store is a modern hall in West London offering both standard rooms and studios which are all ensuite.
- This hall has just been refurbished, with upgrades to the bedrooms, kitchen, common room and laundry facilities.
- Located opposite North Acton tube station in West London on the Central line, The Costume Store is just 30 minutes away from Central London.
- The local area includes supermarkets, independent coffee shops, a local pub and a range of food options. It’s within walking distance of North Acton Playing Fields, a green space for recreational sports, as well as Royale Leisure Park, home to a cinema, restaurants, a gym and bowling.

Day in the life of a student living at The Costume Store:
📌 Special Offer Terms and Conditions 📌
- This offer is applicable to full-time UAL students enrolled on a Further Education (FE), Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) course for 2026/27 only. UAL Study Abroad, Incoming Exchange, Pre-sessional students and Short Stays room bookings are not eligible for this offer.
- You must book the room through the UAL accommodation portal.
- You must book the room until the end of the room’s tenancy – 21 August 2027.
- Once you have booked your room, you must then email the UAL Accommodation team at accommodation@arts.ac.uk with your UAL student ID number, stating you have booked the room and telling us you would like to claim the £500 off your rent offer.
- You must arrive within 2 weeks of the tenancy start date.
- Your tenancy must run until the contract end date to be eligible for the rent reduction.
- The offer cannot be transferred to another student if you decide to leave before the contract end date.
- The £500 off your rent will be deducted from your last rent instalment in April 2027.
- Offer ends on Friday 4 September 2026 at 5:00pm.
- Offer available at The Costume Store only.
- This offer will apply for students who fully complete their booking and check in.

- You will need to book the room through our online accommodation portal. Login Portal
- You must book a room for the rest of the academic year i.e. until August 2027.

Once you have booked, you will need to email accommodation@arts.ac.uk to claim the offer and must include your student ID number in the email.
This offer only applies to The Costume Store.
This offer ends Friday 4 September 2026 at 5:00pm.
To be eligible, rooms must be booked until the end of the tenancy - 21 August 2027.
The £500 off your rent will be deducted from your last rent instalment in April 2027.

- You must be staying for all three terms at The Costume Store.
- Incoming Exchange, Pre-sessional students and Short Stays room bookings are not eligible for this offer.
No, this special offer will only apply to students who book their accommodation during clearing from Thursday 13 August until Friday 4 September 2026 and is subject to availability.
If you leave your tenancy early, the £500 off your rent will be added back onto your account by our finance team therefore you will not receive the discount.
No, this offer is non-transferable.
The offer will only be applicable to the original room you book and will not be transferrable.
The offer will apply to tenancies starting on 5 September 2026.
