From exciting menus developed by our professional in-house chefs to using the freshest ingredients and products from passionate ethical, sustainable and innovative regional suppliers, we ensure that every student - regardless of their requirements or preferences - has access to a wide range of delicious, healthy and award-winning food.

UAL is the first university in the UK to receive the Gold Food for Life Catering Mark by the Soil Association across all catering outlets (and have maintained it for 11 years running) and are holders of the Green Kitchen Standard award, showcasing that we prioritise sustainability in every dish and behind the scenes by sourcing seasonal, fresh and organic produce, minimising food waste to much more!
But it doesn't stop at the food. All of our baristas are professionally trained and love what they do, treating their work as an art. Working with Extract Coffee Roasters and trained by two-times World Coffee in Good Spirits Champion, Dan Fellows, you can expect your morning brew or smoothie to be inspired by the best in the industry. And our cafés are designed to be as comforting as your cuppa, the perfect spot to take a breather and enjoy the day.
