From candle-making to sand art, your halls have events running to help you unwind, connect, and check in with yourself.

Inspired by the 'Poetry Pharmacy', make your own non-edible pill capsules filled with affirmations, prompts, and creative activities, plus tea and pill-shaped cakes.
