As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, join us at Portland House for a calm and comforting wellbeing session.

Create your own “positivity jar” filled with affirmations, gentle reminders, goals, or intentions for the month ahead—something you can take away and return to whenever you need a boost.

We’ll also have a quiet, relaxed space with fidget toys available, along with tea and some sweet treats to enjoy while you unwind.

Take a moment to slow down, reflect, and recharge in a supportive environment—drop in anytime, everyone is welcome.

Please note - you must be a resident of Portland House or signed in by a resident to sign up/attend this event.
