Lime Grove Café at UAL School of Pre-degree Studies has had a refurb ready for the new academic year, so you can enjoy your delicious food and drink in a space made by UAL alumni for you.
Food and drink
Need a caffeine boost or something a little more refreshing? Head to the counter or the grab-and-go fridge to find a range of hot and cold drinks (with a few changes based off your feedback), including:
- Coffees made with our house espresso, Rocket, supplied by Extract Coffee Roasters.
- Matcha drinks
- Iced teas
- Smoothies
- Kombucha
- Probiotic sodas
- Natural energy shots
Feeling peckish? Satisfy your craving and choose from a selection of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, wraps and seasonal items from the fridge.
A hot food offering is also coming soon, so watch this space!
A space designed by UAL graduates
Designed by UAL graduates Luca Beckerson and Defne Ayranci, the space has been transformed so you can truly unwind and enjoy your meal and drinks.
Featuring wooden benches, tables and chairs by Jan Hendzel Studio (also a UAL graduate), we of course have made the space as sustainable as possible by using upcycled materials from a pop-up collaboration we did for Camberwell College of Arts pop-up café.
But that's not all, they also feature wood from a house demolition in Crystal Palace!
Special thanks to UAL Archive who installed the amazing graduate art work for us, and UAL graduate Louise Gannon who got the benching upgraded to be upholstered.
Doesn't it make you feel relaxed just by looking at it?
Check out the new café and unwind in a beautiful space – see our opening hours to plan your next visit.
