We've been visited by some very special guests...

Vietnamese chef, Thuy 

From cooking up exclusive dishes available on the menu for one day only to hosting a free masterclass session -  showing students how to make Summer Rolls at Central Saint Martins and Báhn Mì at London College of Fashion - it was great to see Thuy in action, sharing her passion and expertise with us and getting everyone excited about this beautiful cuisine!

Plant-based chef, Bettina's Kitchen

We have had the pleasure of Bettina's Kitchen visiting us a lot over the past year, showing students the beauty of plant-based food! One of our favourite events was when she treated students to a delicious festive feast, featuring a plant roast, BIG mince pie and her take on a plant-based sausage roll.

Pancake Day flip challenge

We asked those of you who were on campus to give us your best attempt at flipping pancakes for the chance to win some in return - the bolder the flip the better! Some weren't quite up to scratch with the technique, but hilarious to watch nevertheless! Thank you to those who showed us your flipping skills and congratulations to our winner for a wonder flip at the end of the compilation.

Black History Month

As a tribute to Black History Month, we served some mouth-watering themed dishes full of flavour and some of our staff even shared their favourite recipes and stories, including: 

• Jamaican brown stew chicken
• Jollof rice with stewed chicken
• Ackee and jackfruit with rice and peas (vegan)
• Doubles, buss up shut and roti (vegan)

Lunar New Year

Another opportunity to celebrate an important holiday for our diverse students, our menus saw limited-edition themed dishes for the Year of the Dragon 🐉

We also hosted a week-long of special events for the opening of our new London College of Fashion building...

East Bank

Our new home for London College of Fashion, East Bank opened with a bang at our LCFFoodfest party 🎉

From the flowing drinks and fab food to the extravagant East Bank cake cutting and special performances, the music and vibes were electric (and haven't stopped since)! 

And we have so many more to come!
