Come and listen to our panel and hear a brave and fun conversation on intimacy, self-love, sexuality, online dating and much more, with some special guests💘🍆

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have too 🤔

Get to know our host and panelists for the night🙌🏽...

Char Bailey (she/her/they) will be our host for the evening, and we are super excited to have her join us for this special night. Char is the Director of People at Birmingham Pride. Alongside this she plays a vital role as Wellbeing Ambassador in the largest global movement for queer people of colour, UK Black Pride. ✊🏿

Mental Health and Autism advocacy play a huge role in the work she does throughout her career. This year she was featured in The Guardians Pride Power list for her work in DE&I as well as being named in The 100 Visible Lesbian list and Top 100 DEI consultants.

Dick Bush (he/him) has worked as a Writer, Director and Editor in the adult film industry since 2006. He’s shot and directed hundreds of Award winning films over his successful career. He is joining our panel to give us a true insight into the reality of being a porn star, dispelling myths and telling us some home truths about the porn industry. A panelist not to be missed, you might even get to ask if that's his real name??? 👀

Megan Jayne Crabbe (she/her) is a best-selling author, MTV presenter, content creator and influencer, with over 1 million followers on Instagram.

She is also changing the narrative of how women feel about their bodies by creating body positive content across various platforms to empower women to ditch the diet culture and find peace with their bodies. 🫶🏼

Jennie Williams (she/her)
is the CEO of Enhance the UK, a user led disability charity that is changing societies views on disabilities. She has recently launched the UK’s first disabled sex toy range called ‘Quest’ and is encouraging conversations around sex and disability around the world. 🙌🏽

Accessibility:

  • Seating is on first come first serve, we can reserve seating for students with access needs if contact us 72 hours in advance.
  • Venue is step free and gender-neutral toilets are next to the room the event is held in.
  • BSL interpreters if required can be requested 2 weeks in advance of event
  • The Archwood common room is step free and accessed via the ground floor.

Words to the wise

  • This event has a 30-minute quiet time at the beginning so you can ask any questions and get familiar with the surroundings 
  • Students that do not live at Archwood house will need to sign in register their attendance at reception where one of our friendly staff will escort you in groups across the courtyard to the venue space
