Meet with your RM to discuss concerns or questions

Your Residence Manager (RM) will be holding weekly 2-hour drop-in sessions at your hall to give you more opportunities to speak with staff about any concerns or questions relating to your accommodation. These drop-ins will be weekly, all year. 

These informal sessions are open to all residents and are designed to offer quick, accessible support without the need for an appointment.

What you can discuss at drop-ins

Your RM will be available to help with anything related to your experience in halls, including:

🤝 Your welfare and general wellbeing

👥 Concerns about the welfare or behaviour of other residents

🛠️ Living environment issues such as cleanliness or maintenance

💵 Finances, including rent payments and charges

Drop-in weekly schedule

Weekly RM drop-ins will be available at all halls with an on-site UAL Residence Manager. 

👉 If your hall is not on this list, feel free to go to your halls reception or email your hall if you have any concerns you'd like to discuss.

You can still book an appointment to meet with staff at any other time by e-mailing your UAL hall e-mail address. These can be found in the Halls Guide.

How we will keep you informed about schedule changes

If the staff member running the sessions is on annual leave or unavailable, your Residence Management team will notify you directly with any changes or cancellations for that week.
