Chef Thuy's Premium Vietnamese Pop-Up at LCC

A double counter takeover, here for one day only!

Award-winning chef, restauranteur and cookbook author Thuy is back to bring the vibrant and authentic flavours of Vietnam to London College of Communication!

Following our popular, sold out chef partner pop-ups from last year, this is an exclusive opportunity for you to experience Thuy's personal cooking right here in the canteen. 

This year's pop-up expands across two counters, with a brand-new menu created with traditional Vietnamese flavours, fragrant aromatics and comforting home-style cooking.

What's on the menu?

• The main counter: Mekong delta lemongrass and coconut curry, with a choice of grilled chicken or soy and tamarind-glazed tofu, served with rice and salad 🍛
• The soup counter: Butternut squash and coconut soup, served with crispy shallots 🥣

These dishes are a true reflection of the Vietnamese food Chef Thuy knows and loves, so are a fantastic way to get to know more about her tastes and Vietnamese culture. Perfectly balanced, full of fresh veggies and plenty of protein.

The dishes will be first come, first served. As they sold out last year, we recommend heading to the canteen as early as you can to enjoy one of these meals before they're gone.

Who is Chef Thuy?

Thuy Diet Pham, now a renowned chef, was born in Vietnam before moving to the UK, where her love for Vietnamese cuisine inspired her food career. She previously owned and ran the multi-award winning restaurant The Little Viet Kitchen in Islington, London.

Since then, she has produced multiple best-selling books, including: The Little Viet Kitchen, Vietnamese Made Easy and One Pan Vietnam (which you could be in with a chance of winning on the day, see how below!).
