Our canteens are more than just places to grab a quick bite – they're spaces where cultures come together and are celebrated through food.
Thanks to our talented chefs, all from different backgrounds and countries, you can experience dishes from around the world right here on campus.
Like Sous Chef Emmerson's traditional Venezuelan dish: Cachapas!
What is Cachapas? Sweet and savoury corn pancakes known to be a popular street food dish in Venezuela. They can be topped with whatever your craving, from breakfast staples to simple ham and cheese. However, Chef Emmerson likes to spice it up with his super fresh veggies and tender pulled chicken 🤤

We create menus as diverse as our students and staff
We know our student community is incredibly diverse, and we love that. It's something we're proud to reflect in our food.
Many of the dishes our chefs prepare are deeply personal. From recipes passed down through generations to modern twists on traditional favourites, and even your suggestions, every meal we serve has a story behind it.
We make sure we change our menus so you can try something new, find home comforts, and mark cultural celebrations with themed dishes including Lunar New Year, Diwali, Black History Month and beyond. Read more about our favourite celebrations so far!
Eating food from different cultures is about learning, appreciating and understanding one another, something you can do every day in our canteens.
