This October is ADHD Awareness Month, which aims to help educate people on the issues and obstacles people with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) face on a daily basis and reduce the stigma.
In keeping with the 2024 theme, Awareness is Key!, we have put together a list of events happening across London for you to get involved in. Take a look at the list below.
Events Across London in October
🎯 UK Adult ADHD Collective 🎯
A meetup group for friendship and support, with a range of fun activities and mostly just meeting up!
They welcome anyone who suffers from and supports anyone with ADHD and other associated conditions that affects your quality of life.
They run regular online and in person events. Find information on their website for upcoming events.
🎯 Women's Neurodiversity Circle 🎯
When? 15th October, 7:00pm
Where? The Heart - Queen's Park (North London)

The Women's Neurodiversity Circle is a safe space for women to share their experiences with neurodiversity and how it affects their daily lives. We'll discuss the joys, the struggles, and everything in between over tea.
