I’m originally from the Northwest of England (Lancashire) and moved to London 7 years ago. I’m proudly part of the LGBTQ+ community and love working with such a diverse and creative set of individuals in my role. If you’d like to work with Halls Life and support in creating an amazing experience for students I want to hear from you 😊

What advice would you give your first-year UAL self? Get involved with as much as you can in your new university or halls of residence there are some amazing opportunities and networks available to you.  Try something new every day and enjoy every bit of your first year (it's one of the best years you'll have).

I studied Fine Art at Chelsea College and still keep up my practice in my spare time and participate in exhibitions when I can. 👩‍🎨  I love experimenting with new events and am very lucky to be part of such a fun team who are always up for new challenges.If you want an event to happen inside or outside your hall let me know and lets make it happen with your committees!

What advice would you give your first-year UAL self? Let people into your life and make your own fun. Be silly with your friends and serious about your work. Find all the free stuff in London and don’t spend all your money on takeaways.⚡️

I am 25 years old and moved to London 7 years ago. I graduated from the London College of Fashion in 2022 and have worked for Halls Life for the past year and a half since graduating. I have recently been promoted to Student Wellbeing Coordinator. I am Here4U throughout your stay in halls, from puppies to yoga and much more, let me know how I can look after you and your flatmates at UAL 💜

What advice would you give your first-year UAL self? Enjoy every single moment as time will go so fast you won’t even realize. Take all opportunities coming along and don’t be scared to throw yourself into new adventures, meet new people and experiment with yourself, as only doing this you’ll have a memorable uni experience!

I have been working in the Halls Life team for a year and a half now and have adored every minute. Being part of such a fun, vibrant team of stars who are so passionate about student experience is so rewarding and no two days are the same! I am a Performing Arts graduate, so I myself am creative and take part in amateur musical theatre productions in my spare time 🎭

I am originally from Brighton and studied Acting and Performance at Wimbledon College Of Art. I love how no day is the same in this job, I'm always somewhere different, doing something different, meeting different people. I was a chef for 6 years, upon retiring from the kitchen, cooking has become a time of zen, oppose to a time of stress! 👨‍🍳If you're interested in becoming a committee member in your hall for 2024/2025, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.

What advice would you give your first-year UAL self? Don't take yourself too seriously. Dive into your course with enthusiasm and a fresh perspective! This is the perfect time to experiment, make mistakes, and enjoy the journey. While you're at it, take time to explore London and its many parks. Find your favourite spot to walk, relax, and recharge whenever you need a break from the busy city life.

I am a Mumbai born architect + designer and a recent post-graduate who studied Art Direction at LCC. I love that this job allows me to step into a very dynamic role and everyday that is different!Fun fact about me, I am a Pisces sun, Taurus moon and Capricorn rising and I have a very complicated storyline running in my Sims 4 gameplay. 😎

Yes, get your assignments done in time but also go out for trips with your classmates more because you will miss them after you graduate 🫶
