Our Art Therapy groups & Wellbeing workshops cover a wide variety of concerns. All sessions offer a safe space to explore.
Here's a couple of upcoming Wellbeing events you can sign up to that are happening over the coming weeks.
UAL Wellbeing: Balancing inspiration and exhaustion

About:
Join this lunchtime session where you can learn techniques for managing stress and wellbeing. UAL students only. During this session, students will have the opportunity to share experiences and explore important topics related to mental health and personal balance.
The session will focus on addressing student exhaustion, finding inspiration, and developing practical strategies for managing stress. Facilitated by a member of UAL's Counselling, Health and Chaplaincy Service, the information session aims to create a safe and supportive space where students can learn valuable wellbeing techniques.

UAL Bereavement support group

Time/date: 2pm, Thursday 28 November and Thursday 5 December. Dates will be confirmed by email to group members
Where: UAL's Holborn building. 272 High Holborn, London WC1V 7EY
About:
This group is facilitated by two staff members from UAL's Counselling, Health Advice and Chaplaincy team. The group meets in-person, weekly during term time at UAL's Holborn building. To join the UAL Bereavement Support Group, you must first meet individually with a facilitator for an assessment. The group placement is contingent upon completing this initial meeting.
Support Group Details:
- Meets weekly during term time
- Limited to 8 students and 2 facilitators
- Provides a space to share experiences of loss with other bereaved UAL students
- Aims to support processing of grief and emotions
You can request to join if you are a UAL student who has experienced a significant loss. Please use your UAL email address to sign up for this group.
