Following UAL Catering's popular, sold out chef partner pop-ups from last year, this is an exclusive opportunity for you to experience Thuy's personal cooking right here in the canteen (and be in with a chance of winning a signed copy of her cookbook, One Pan 🥘). 

What's on the menu?

• The main counter: Mekong delta lemongrass and coconut curry, with a choice of grilled chicken or soy and tamarind-glazed tofu, served with rice and salad 🍛
• The soup counter: Butternut squash and coconut soup, served with crispy shallots 🥣

These dishes are a true reflection of the Vietnamese food Chef Thuy knows and loves, so are a fantastic way to get to know more about her tastes and Vietnamese culture. Perfectly balanced, full of fresh veggies and plenty of protein.
