The best firework displays to go to this Bonfire Night! 🎇

Every year on 5 November fireworks are set off across the UK to commemorate 'Bonfire Night'.

Also known as Guy Fawkes Night, this UK tradition dates back to 1605 when Guy Fawkes and a group of conspirators attempted to blow up the Houses of Parliament in what’s known as the Gunpowder Plot!

The plot failed, and people began marking the King’s survival with bonfires and fireworks, so you may hear some loud noise from wherever you are in London on this night.

Ally Pally Fireworks & Drone Festival – Saturday 7 November 

Alexandra Palace, Alexandra Palace Way, London N22 7AY

Watch a fireworks and drone show at Alexandra Palace on Saturday 7 November at 8pm. Gates open at 4pm and you can experience a giant bonfire, funfair rides, ice skating, street food, cocktails, craft beer and live music! Tickets are £19.50.

The Walker Ground Fireworks Display and Drone Show - Saturday 7 November

175 Waterfall Rd, London N14 7JZ

The Walker Ground Fireworks Festival is back on Saturday, 7 November, featuring a spectacular fireworks display and an exciting drone show. Gates open at 5 PM with the main show at 7:30 PM. Tickets are £14.

Harrow and Ruislip fireworks - Saturday 7 November 

Byron Park, Harrow, HA3 7QX

On Saturday 7 November they'll be a small fun fair, bar marquee, and world food arena from 12pm with free entry until 3pm. Fireworks begin at 7:45pm. Cash-only payment is available on the gate or you can book a ticket online.

Ealing Fireworks - Saturday 7 November 

Ealing Cricket Club, Corfton Rd, London W5 2HS

Ealing Cricket Club is holding a 'Festival of Fire and Light', combining Guy Fawkes night with the festival of Diwali. The display starts at 7.45pm, and there will be live music and DJs after that. Also expect food stalls, a bar and small rides. Tickets are £13.50.

🎆 South London

Battersea Park Fireworks - Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November

Battersea Park Rd, London SW11 4NJ

Battersea Park's fireworks take place across two nights with music and fairground rides alongside the display. On Saturday, enjoy pre-display performances from Rudimental DJ and legendary Latín band Conjunto Sabroso, followed by mega dance party Disco Ceilidh post-display. On Sunday, enjoy the Lords of Lightning show from  Arcadia and the Swiftie tribute act Fearlessly Taylor. After the fireworks, sing along to the Pop Anthems Afterparty. Book your ticket.

Merton Fireworks in the Park - 5 November and 7 November

Morden Park, Morden SM4 5QU & Wimbledon Park, SW19 8AU

Merton Council is running two official firework shows in Wimbledon Park on 5 November and Morden Park on 7 November. There's a bar and funfair on site as well. You can book a ticket and look at timings on their website.

Beckenham Fireworks - Saturday 7 November

Croydon Recreation Ground, Beckenham BR3 3FD

Funfairs, food stalls and a firework display will be at Croydon Recreation Ground on Saturday 7 November. Tickets are £18 and raise money for local charities. The main firework display is at 7:30pm. You can book a ticket on their website.
