 Please note - you must be a resident of UAL Halls or signed in by a resident to sign up/attend this event.

Accessibility:

• Step free access to reception area via ramp, Toilets are situated on this floor 

• Lift access to courtyard on first floor where outdoor screening is held.  

• We use volume adjustable individual headsets and the film will have subtitles. 

•  Options for seating are varied and limited so please let us know if you have specific needs as otherwise seating is first come first served.  

• You are free to get up and move around during the event but please be considerate of others watching the film. 

• Screening happens in low light as the sky darkens but there are lights showing access routes across the courtyard.  

Words to the Wise:

• Please be aware that it can get cold so dress appropriately, in adverse weather the event will be cancelled. 

• Trigger/ content warnings and use of flashing light in film will be updated here once the film is chosen via Instagram poll in the upcoming weeks.
• This is a quiet event due to neighbouring flats.
