Your guide to accommodation for 2025/26

If you’re returning to UAL for the 2025/26 academic year, have you thought about where you will live?

Apart from halls, there’s a range of resources available to help you search for a new home in London.

🏡 Booking a room in halls for 2025/26 🏡

If you would like to live in halls from September 2025, below you will find details of when you will be able to apply:

📌 Tuesday 8 April 2025, 10am (UK time) - Bookings open for current UAL students who would like to live in halls for 2025/26.

📌 Tuesday 29 April 2025, 10am (UK time) - Bookings open for new students who have firmly accepted an unconditional offer or conditional offer to study at UAL for 2025/26. This cohort includes students who deferred their offer in 2024/25.

📌 Tuesday 6 May 2025, 10am (UK time) - Bookings open for all students who have received an offer to study at UAL for 2025/26.

If you are an international student enrolling at UAL on a full-time course for the first time, you will be guaranteed accommodation, provided you complete your booking by Friday 16 May 2025.

📌 Saturday, 22 March

If you are looking to stay in halls next year and wanting to check out other residences, book your place at our open day on Saturday 22 March.

📲 UAL Private Accommodation Adviser 📲

They can provide general advice on how to look for private rentals with landlords and letting agents, plus several other services.

 🏘️ University of London Housing Service (ULHS) events in Housing Week 2025 🏘️ 

📌 17 to 20 March 2025

ULHS will host events such the ULHS Housing Fair, Flatmate Finder and webinars, to help those looking to rent in London next year.
