We are still here for you throughout the winter break. This article will provide you with the upcoming event schedule and important contact details for support services that are available over the break. 🎄
From now until Christmas Day itself we will be hosting several festive events in our halls of residence. There will also be several ‘Coffee and a Chat' sessions held across the halls sites between Christmas and the New Year. ☕️

🎄 Christmas Day in UAL Halls 🎄
Staying in halls on Christmas Day?! Spend some time with us, play some games, and have fun! Each hall will have a hamper of goodies delivered which includes games, crafts, food and drink and mini goodies. 🎁

Looking for something to do between Christmas and New Year?! Relax and enjoy a friendly chat in the common room, with a coffee or drink of your choice over the Christmas period. ☕️🗣️

UAL offers a range of support services which are available across the year.
Out of Hours Contacts
We have a range of useful out-of-hours contacts for services at UAL and externally. You should always dial 999 in the event of a true emergency requiring the police, ambulance service or fire brigade.
24/7 Hall telephone number 📞
For anything urgent out of hours, either speak to a member of the halls team at reception or call us on the 24/7 telephone number for your hall.
Contact your Residence Manager
All our halls are staffed 24/7 and have a Residence Manager (RM) and/or an Accommodation Manager (AM). You can contact them directly, in person, by phone, to discuss any queries or concerns.

Togetherall
You can also access Togetherall 24/7 at any time of day or night.
They offer a diverse and safe online community, where students can feel safe to share their feelings, support each other, and start to feel better about any issues they are facing.
