All the information you need to know before you move to UAL

We can't wait to welcome you to halls!

Before you arrive, there's one essential task you need to complete: our compulsory e-induction. You won't be able to collect your room key without completing it, so make sure it's done before move-in day.

Note: The e-induction is separate to your enrolment. 

You can complete it by logging in to the UAL Student Portal. It only takes 10 minutes — and it means you'll hit the ground running when you get here.

The e-induction covers everything you need to know before you arrive, including:

• What is provided in your accommodation and what you might like to bring with you
• Travel information
• Personal safety and security
• Planning your arrival
• Fire safety
• Getting on with your flatmates
• How to get support and assistance while at university
