Say it with your pitch… please 🎤

You are at Arts Uni and of course you know that networking is important, but It really doesn’t have to be boring! Looking for collaborators? A new housemate? New friends? Want your forever single friend to find love? Say it with your pitch… please 🤩

It goes without saying but this is a super supportive audience, doesn’t matter if you stumble, don’t know what to say or your slides don’t work we will whoop and cheer for you and love your confidence. You can also go up in pairs or a maximum of 3s if you prefer so you don’t have to go it alone. 🤗

And as a reward for being up on our mini stage you’ll get a very attractive rosette to show you’re the real deal, AND free drinks will be given to those who pitch! 🙌

SPECTATORS

- Please sign up for your free spectator ticket via Eventbrite below, to come along and support those pitching 🤩

Accessibility / Additional Info:

- Sign up ahead of time to pitch in one of our categories, you can use visual aids sent via hallslife@arts.ac.uk. This is a welcoming enviroment and students are encouraged to be supportive of all pitches.

- Step free access , ramp available at entrance. No fixed tables and chairs, easy to move and be flexible with. Accessible toilets available.

- BSL interpreter available with 14 days notice required to hallslife@arts.ac.uk. Reserved seating also made available upon request. Free PA ticket with proof of eligibility, limited number of these available due to capacity.

- Microphone used throughout and low level music. Ear plugs available if required or ensure to bring your own

- Low level lighting throughout venue with some uplighters for those on stage presenting.
