Here 4 U: Run Club Launch 🏃

Join us on 9th September for the launch of the Here 4 U: Run Club. We will be running these in South London locations for South halls too, so please keep an eye out for those! Whether you're an experienced runner or trying it for the first time, everyone is welcome. 🏃

We'll meet in the Sketch House Rec Room at 11:00am for an electrolyte drink, introductions, and to collect running vests before heading out together.

At 11:30am, we'll walk to Finsbury Park to warm up, before completing a friendly 5K run (two laps of the park). After the run, we'll walk back to Sketch House rec room, for protein shakes and bagels, giving everyone a chance to relax, socialise and cool down. 🥯🥤

The aim for these is to offer an organic, relaxed opportunity to meet other like minded people, to keep fit, explore local parks and to create our own running community within UAL halls 🤗🌳
