Join us for a 'Mean Girls' inspired Christmas heels class 👠

After a brilliant 'Dancing in Heels' class in September, we are excited to be bringing back professional dancer Crystal Leah Jones on Thursday 11th December for some festive fun with a special Christmassy Heels Class! Think Mean Girls “Jingle Bell Rock” vibes — festive, sassy, and full of confidence ✨😍

The class will begin with a short mindfulness warm-up to help you connect to your body, ground yourself before slipping into your heels. From there, you’ll explore how to walk, move, and perform confidently in heels, working on posture, balance, and a fun, sexy & 'sleigh'ing routine! 🎅🏼

A fun and empowering Mean Girls-inspired routine perfect for feeling fabulous and getting into the Christmas spirit! 🎄

📍 Where: Sketch House, Rec Room
📅 When: Thursday 11th December, 6pm - 7:15pm
🆓 Cost: FREE to attend (Please sign up below)
👠 What to bring: Heels (optional), comfortable clothes, maybe even a touch of red, sparkle or Christmassy hat if you fancy it, and your best festive energy! ❤️‍🔥

✨ The class will be a safe, empowering rehearsal space, with the option to have your performance filmed at the end. (There is no pressure to though) ✨
