Looking for a way to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself? Join us for an evening of yoga with Anna at Town Hall Camberwell on Monday 2 November! 🧘🏽‍♀️✨

Whether you're completely new to yoga or already have some experience, this welcoming session is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and find a moment of calm in your week. Anna's classes blend stronger yoga postures with gentle, restorative movement, creating a balanced practice that both energises and relaxes.

Anna discovered yoga while searching for ways to manage the stresses of everyday life. After experiencing the positive impact it had on her own wellbeing, she completed her yoga teacher training in Northern India in 2024, where she deepened her understanding of yoga's culture and philosophy.

Now based in London, Anna focuses on helping students find comfort and peace within both body and mind. Her accessible teaching style means everyone is welcome, with plenty of options and alternatives offered throughout the class to ensure you can move at your own pace.

Fun fact: Anna loves being upside down and outdoors. If she's not teaching yoga, you'll often find her practising handstands in the park, whatever the weather!

Expect mindful movement, gentle breathwork, and moments of stillness that will leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and more connected to yourself. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply try something new, there's something for everyone to take away from this session.
