Whether you're catching up with friends, meeting new people, or simply looking for a peaceful day outdoors, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and explore.

Important Information:

📍 Meeting Point: Outside Tap on the Line pub, next to Kew Gardens Underground Station

• Meet the Halls Life team at 11:00am outside Tap on the Line pub.
• If you'd prefer to arrive later, please let us know in advance. You can then give your name at the Kew Gardens Box Office when you arrive to collect your ticket.
• If you're no longer able to attend, please return your ticket so it can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Access Notes:

Paths and Terrain: Kew Gardens has a network of tarmacked paths, making it generally accessible for wheelchairs, scooters, and those with limited mobility. However, some paths may be gravel or grass, which could be challenging for some visitors.

Wheelchair and Scooter Hire:Manual wheelchairs are available for free, and mobility scooters can be hired for a fee. It's recommended to book these in advance, especially for large groups.

Accessible Entrances: The main entrances, including the Victoria Gate, are wheelchair accessible. Staff can provide assistance if required.

Shuttle Service: The Kew Explorer, a hop-on-hop-off land train, is wheelchair accessible and provides an overview of the gardens, making it easier to explore larger areas without extensive walking.

Hearing Impairments: Hearing loops are available at key locations, including the ticket desks. The gardens also provide printed information and maps.
