Here's what you to do to book the cinema room at Archwood House Cinema Room.
📌 Booking Details 📌
1. Scan the QR code which is on the Archwood House Cinema Room door
2. This will take you through to this Booking Form
3. You will be contacted by the Archwood House staff to arrange a compulsory cinema room induction.
💠Things to remember ðŸ’
- Booking must be requested a minimum 24 hours before requested date, and your approval is based upon availability.
- The named person on the reservation must remain present during the screening and the booking cannot be transferred to another student without prior approval from Archwood House Staff.
📌 Archwood House Cinema Room Terms and Conditions 📌
Only light snacks (e.g. popcorn and crisps) and soft drinks are allowed in the Cinema Room.
Guests must sign in at reception. The capacity of the cinema room is 20 people max.
The film must end at 11pm at the latest. Once the film has concluded, you must notify a member of staff. All guests must then leave the Cinema Room, taking all belongings with them, and sign out at reception. The cinema room will be closed at 11pm.
All content streamed must have been approved by Archwood House staff prior to screening. Inappropriate content such as sexually explicit, promoting hate based on race, religion, disability etc will not be allowed.
This included electronic vapes. (Please use the designated smoking area on site).
CCTV is always operational in the cinema room.
Do not remove any furniture including the bean bags from the cinema room.
Use the remote control to operate the equipment. Do not change any settings of the equipment.
For any assistance regarding subtitles, hearing impairment or disabilities please see a member of Archwood House Staff or Hall Rep.
Clean up any mess you make and leave the room tidy.
