We're excited to announce UAL has joined forces Trans in the City as Partner Sponsors, helping them to continue empowering trans and non-binary professionals in the workplace.

As part of this partnership, UAL will support the ongoing Student Ambassador Scheme. The program is open to trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse students aged 18 or over who are currently enrolled in any form of further education, including university, college, internships, and apprenticeships. 

Through the scheme, students will gain access to:

• Insight Days: Connect with businesses to explore career paths
• Events: Network and grow with peers and industry leaders
• Community: Join our LinkedIn and Discord groups to share and connect
• Jobs: Get direct access to opportunities from our business partners

UAL will also be involved with the City Gala & Awards as it hosts the event at LCF on 14th November. The event will celebrate the contributions and achievements of trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse individuals across a wide range of industries and communities.

There will be a Trans in the City - Student Ambassador Insight Day. Join Trans in the City for an empowering event, designed to support young trans and non-binary talent in the UK with practical tools and insights for building confidence and resilience in the workplace.
