If you haven't yet secured a place in our UAL halls of residence and are looking for accommodation for 2025/26, we have some alternative options below that will hopefully help you in your search.
We have created this list which includes information and availability at private hall providers (which is subject to change daily) and useful information about private renting in London.
Alternative Options 🏘️

Urbanest have student accommodation available at the following locations:
- Victoria
- Battersea
- Kings Cross
📍FRESH
Fresh have student accommodation available at Spring Mews.
📍YUGO
YUGO have student accommodation available at the following properties:
- Depot Point and Therese House (These halls have a 10% off to UAL Bookings with code UAL10)
- The Curve (20% off to UAL with code UAL20)
📍 YOURTRIBE
YourTRIBE have student accommodation available at the following properties:
- Bermondsey
- Deptford
- And coming soon in Elephant and Castle
📍CRM HALLS
CRM Halls have student accommodation available at:

UAL Halls of Residence 🏡
Whilst rooms in our halls might become available to book on the UAL accommodation portal due to cancellations, this is not guaranteed so please continue to check your accommodation portal on a regular basis for availability.

University of London Housing Services 👋
We work closely with University of London Housing Services (ULHS), who are committed to helping students find accommodation. They have a registration scheme for private landlords, letting agents, private halls and other providers of private sector accommodation for students and staff.
