This September, rehome donated items at your hall

Over the summer, we collected a range of useful household items donated by students moving out of halls. Now they're ready to help you settle into your new place with ease.

On September 7, visit our Reuse Fair to pick up what you need, while giving pre-loved items a second life. ♻️

🎁 What's up for grabs

Everything on offer has been donated by students just like you, and it's all clean, safe and ready to use. Expect to find things like:

• Kitchen essentials - pots, pans, utensils
• Laundry and storage items - clothes airers, hangers
• Cleaning products - open but usable
• Study and creative materials
• Room decor

You'll also be able to refill your own containers with cleaning essentials, including:

• Washing-up liquid
• Multi-purpose cleaning spray

By reusing donated items and refilling your own containers, you'll save money, reduce waste and make your move-in more sustainable.

It's first come, first served, and we can't say what will be left by the time you arrive, so come down early for the best pick.

🌟 Why you'll want to drop by

Everything is free. Just take what you need. It's a brilliant way to settle into halls without an extra trip to the shops. You'll get to meet other students while you browse. You're helping the planet by giving these items a second life.

📍 Where and when

The fair will be at Sketch House, in the Rec Room. Any UAL student is welcome, whichever hall you live in, and you don't need to sign up.

No worries. Charity shops near your hall are also a great place to pick up second-hand essentials.
