Refund Policy: Please note refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.

Dedicated wheelchair boarding time slots can be booked in advance to make boarding smoother and allow staff to prepare assistance please just contact us at hallslife@arts.ac.uk and we can sort this on your behalf.

- BSL interpretation availability is dependant on time slot, if you require BSL please let us know and we can arrange this where possible- we require at least 7 days notice to arrange this.

The main sensory considerations are crowds and noise around the London Eye/South Bank area, while the cruise itself is generally calmer, especially on the enclosed lower deck.
