Refund Policy: Please note refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.

Accessibility / Additional Info:

- Dedicated wheelchair boarding time slots can be booked in advance to make boarding smoother and allow staff to prepare assistance please just contact us at hallslife@arts.ac.uk and we can sort this on your behalf.

- BSL interpretation availability is dependant on time slot, if you require BSL please let us know and we can arrange this where possible- we require at least 7 days notice to arrange this.

- The main sensory considerations are crowds and noise around the London Eye/South Bank area, while the cruise itself is generally calmer, especially on the enclosed lower deck.
