The evening begins with a Quiet Hour from 7pm - 8pm, providing a more relaxed and accessible environment before the main event. Doors open at 8pm, with performances starting at 8:30pm. ✨

Your £5 ticket includes one free shot or soft drink, and the fun doesn't stop when the show ends. Head downstairs afterwards for karaoke, then keep the party going as the club stays open late 🙌

Refund Policy: Please note refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event. Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of the event start time.

Accessibility / Additional Info:

We will provide a relaxed hour for those who want to arrive ahead of the crowds to familarise yourself with the venue. We will also have a 'spirit guide' on staff throughout the night if you need any support or guidance they will be there for any and all pastoral needs.

- Accessibility information : The first floor of the venuw is step free on the door you enter through with access to toilets on this floor. There is approximately 12 steps leading down to club Z where there are also toilets available.

- Should you be hard of hearing or require BSL interpreters please do email hallslife@arts.ac.uk at least 2 weeks before the event so we can arrange adjustments accordingly.

- Seating is available throughout the venue but will be first come first served on the night.

Quiet hour to take place one hour before the event (be specific with time) to allow students to famalarise themselves with the environment. Smoke machines and neon lighting used throughout performances.

- The event will be louder than some of our events as there is a full sound system both upstairs and downstairs of the venue with live performance. At your request event staff on the night can provide you with in ear earplugs if you are overwhelmed. There is also a smoking area to the right of the building out the front. If you need to sit at the front or need the bigo numbers shown to you just make yorself known to the staff and they will very happily accomodate you.

- Spotlights are used as well as coloured lighting and LED strip lighting.
