Winchester Day Trip | WAITING LIST

By UALHalls 15 Nov 2021

Bask in the spirit of Christmas as we take a trip to Hampshire's biggest festive market.

Date Saturday 4 December
Time 9.30am
Location Outside the Whistle Stop shop in Waterloo Station
Price £30 (+ £2.39 booking fee)

Stroll through rows of wooden chalets, taste warm toasted gingerbread, and let the hot mulled wine warm your frosty fingers. All this, under the jewelled lights of Winchester Cathedral – one of the largest cathedrals in Europe.

Upon arrival in Winchester, we'll set out on a guided tour of the the city's charming centre, bursting with roman and medieval history.

Once at the cathedral you can explore the wide array of chalets, all adorned with glorious decor and jammed with festive gifts and treats. Spend as long as like exploring the market or head out to experience the rest of the city.

Your ticket will include return travel to Winchester and the cost of the guided tour. We'll be travelling as a group at 9.30am from Waterloo Station.
