Relax with Julie and Alix every Wednesday

Collect your thoughts, restore balance and calm your mind.

It's important when things are all feeling out of tune to take some time to look inward. Throughout August we have a mixture of Wellbeing Wednesday sessions for you. 

We have Energy Healing with Julie and Meditation with Alix sessions for you to book onto every Wednesday.

These are being hosted in order to promote your Mental Health and Wellbeing during the current pandemic but also over the Summer break. Staff and Students can book places and feed's are one way so don't worry no-one will be watching.
