Meet the Team - Muhammad
Hello, my name is Muhammad and I'm the new Out of Hours Residence Manager.
I joined UAL in July, so I'm brand new - like a lot of our students will be in September.
I have worked at King’s College London, Intercontinental Hotels and have managed different hotels across three continents (North America- Europe-West Africa/ Hotel management from Canada.) I have also worked for the Canadian police!
I would call myself an experienced traveller and have been to 24 countries across South Asia, Europe, Middle-East, Far East, North America and Africa.
My favourite part of the job is interacting with students, handling complaints and dealing with on the spot solutions.
My advice for all students would be to get to know your Wellbeing Peers. They are based in every hall and provide lots of support and guidance if you need it. They also run sport and health based activities, which is a great way to keep fit during your time with us.
